Adviatech Corp., of Tampa Florida will hereby be referred to as “Adviatech”. Adviatech hereby agrees to write and distribute the exact number of articles, press releases, and/or blog entries sold under the selected AutoContent service plan. The writing of such content will be completed by the closing of each 30 day term which varies depending on clients SEO or Online Marketing plan (usually the 20th). Adviatech will send notification via email and/or trouble ticket when content is written (excluding blog entries) for client to approve. If client does not comment on content within 48 hours of Adviatech submitting for approval, client gives Adviatech authorization to submit the written content which cannot be changed or modified once distributed. Client hereby agrees to pay the additional charges of their selected AutoContent and/or AutoBlog service plans which will be added to client’s existing service agreement’s stated monthly management fee. The addition of AutoContent does not nullify nor change any items or terms outlined in client’s original service agreement. Addon services such as Auto Blog may be cancelled by requesting cancellation 20 days before the next billing period by sending an email to info@adviatech.com unless otherwise stated in your contract/service agreement.
